We invite you this year finest afternoon tea, British style. Explore the whimsical inn of Merrill House and get inspired to create creative imagery.
From one of our favourite children's stories, this photoshoot experience is inspired by the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland. Get ready for whimsical makeup, hair and wardrobe as you explore the beautiful rooms of the Merrill House.
During this experience, you will have your hair and makeup done by a professional team, and you will be styled in various looks that align with the mood board and shot list we plan together. You will also be pushed out of the box to create poses with the help of a modelling coach that are fashion-forward and whimsical.
Three sets will be prepared for you - A garden and a picnic scene, a whimsical room scene and an afternoon tea scene which you will enjoy after the photoshoot while networking and socializing.
This unique experience is a great opportunity to add creativity to your portfolio or experience a photoshoot where you push your boundaries to become a performer in front of the camera. Make memories with loved ones while learning and building confidence.

The price is inclusive of both the workshop and the photo shoot, including hair, make-up, and wardrobe for the shoot. Events, experiences (like this one), and bootcamps are non-refundable, but dates are transferable in the case of booking conflicts or illness. Montreal Photographer & Videographer - July 28th
Photographer & videographer Rory Creelman will be joining the Elevation Hall team to shoot this experience. They are a rising photographer in the Montreal scene. They specialize in creating bold and unique media for brands, events, and individuals alike. Rory has built their personal style by combining visual distortions, unique angles, and bold colours while taking inspiration from vintage editorials and psychedelic-inspired imagery. Their client list includes brands such as GURU Energy Drinks, Marché Floh, and MAD Festival. Rory’s work has been featured in print and online publications including Vogue Italia and Mob Journal.
Belleville & International Photographer - July 29th
Stephanie Trattner works locally and internationally as a Beauty and Portrait photographer with an inviting and vibrant style. After studying at Emily Carr University in Vancouver, Stephanie worked internationally photographing hotels and tourist attractions for brands like Hilton, Hyatt and Fairmont. Then, relocating to Ontario, she pivoted to studio work, where she has evolved her photography to portraits and beauty. She uses her bright, loft-style studio for her work and to foster a community of creatives.
