Tell me more!

Modelling, acting, and performing, is all about developing your stage presence. A strong model or actor is a strong performer. Developing as a performer is incredibly interconnected with developing your confidence and sense of self. Learning a new skill in front of the mirror (like dance or runway) develops the sensation of being capable to take on new challenges. Understanding the power of music, movement, and their relationship at any age can help ease anxiety, improve public speaking skills, and enhance self-expression. The arts are so fundamental to a well rounded education and personal self-development.

The objective of this workshop is to understand how to communicate your passion and potential to work in this industry during any audition; embracing every opportunity to make a lasting impression and to tap into the power of stage presence.

During this workshop you will learn, review, and elevate best practices for a variety of styles of auditions. Auditions can include improv, delivering a prepared script, a song/dance routine, cold reading a script, or be completed via a self-tape. By reviewing and gaining more confidence with these different audition styles, you will be tapping into what it means to have strong stage presence which helps you stand out from the crowd!

Performance skills are life skills! Elevate your stage presence and explore new creative pursuits.

Curriculum for this workshop was designed for 12+.
