In order to be a performing artist, you need to be in your body.

Stress and anxiety pull you out of it

Over time, stress builds up in the body and creates tension, tight shoulders, shallow breathing, a clenched jaw, and that tension can block your expression and create overthinking patterns. In order to restore creativity we need to allow the body to feel safe, even under high pressure situations. In this workshop, instead of trying to control your mind, we work with the body that’s holding the pattern. Through simple somatic movement and nervous system tools, we release that built-up tension so your creativity, confidence, and magnetism can book the job.
